Fantastic course. Only feedback is to have more space in the booklet to write down the wisdom shared.

This has to be one of the best courses of my career (24 years!). I attended thinking "Why am I attending this course when I have been to court many times?", but embraced the further learning opportunity and I am thankful I did, as I have come away with good knowledge of tactics used by Defence barristers and tools I can use against these. I would recommend this course to everyone who attends court to give evidence. It was very well delivered at a good pace and the extremely knowledgeable trainer gave opportunity for examples to be given. The small number of attendees made this easier. The IT issue made it a better experience for me, as instead of focusing on what was written on a Powerpoint presentation, I was able to focus and engage on the trainer and process the information better (I have dyslexia). Although the cross examination scenario is uncomfortable, it is much less so than being in court for real and enabled me to try out some of the techniques in a safe environment and to see the impact and benefits. I left the course with a feeling of elation (I was still 'buzzing' when I arrived home) and a new level of confidence, ahead of pending court trials where I am looking forward to using the techniques taught (Stick to the Brick and Use the Judge). Thank you so very much Rob.
