good session, with lots of useful practical takeaways. Workbook could do with being more streamlined with slides and have spaces to take notes between pages.

Craig is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced - the course felt comfortable and was challenging enough to give me new concepts to think about, but not overwhelming. Really appreciated the reassurance that this is a learning curve and also the valuable tools to use in practice.
