I really enjoyed this course (Accountability in Action: Transforming Teams and Building Trust), I didn't know 100% what to expect with the content, but it was really insightful and interesting. Karen is very conscientious, pays attention to who has contributed, who has not, asks in a none intrusive way, is aware of those with camera off that may be currently engaged with something else. Really open to input and discussion and gave us some really useful documents and insights into how to use this in our roles!

The pace and timing are great for reflecting on your own practice, allowing time for everyone to chat, reflect, and think together. Now, it’s about transferring this into our practice.

Claire was an excellent facilitator. She approached the subject no judgmentally and made room for all present to express Thier thoughts.

I think the training provides clear tools and strategies for understanding what accountability truly means. I am looking forward to exploring the actionable steps for fostering ownership and focusing on solutions. The interaction throughout the meeting was really helpful to reflect on our own practices
