Thanks for the course, it made things a lot clearer. Since I joined the organization, there have been many discussions about projects that I will have to lead, but having had no experience in project management, I was quite worried about how to go about it. Having participated in this, I am a little more confident about how to go about recording and managing aspects of the project.

Karen is a great facilitator. She was attentive and I feel she picked up and remembered key points from all of us throughout the session which made me feel valued, and that she had respect for our time. She successfully built on points we raised and gave tangible examples/ideas about how we could face issues we might face.

Good course content, delivered in an interactive way that ensures full engagement. Thanks Sam for delivering an enjoyable informative course!

Sam was approachable and friendly and engaged well with the different needs of the group. It was nice having a small group and less space to hide!

It was a very engaging session. Time flew by.

I think the course was really helpful at getting people to think outside of the box. I for example would consider myself a nice person to work with but I recognise there are things I can improve on to contribute to the overall improvement to the culture of the company.
