It was a good group size and allowed for discussion and sharing of ideas. the session was well-paced and Sam was responsive to the needs and energy of the group. The content was accessible and we had a chance to put it into context through the activities. Sam is a great presenter, engaging, supportive, patient and well-prepared.

Interesting course on communication with virtual team. Had hoped for more technical tips on using Teams, as have already run a lot of virtual meetings.

Good trainer who was very thorough. Not sure it had to be as long as it was but appreciated the breakout rooms and engaging with staff I don’t usually engage with.
