It is great that sexual harassment is no longer a taboo topic. Raising awareness and encouraging open discussions helps create a safer and more respectful environment for everyone.
I would like to see dieper dive into generation differences
I learned a lot that I can start implementing in my day to day work.
Based purely on this one session, I would have like to have covered more. Condensing certain parts would maybe of enabled further content but I understand theres also a balancing act because of a person's ability to retain information. The morning session felt long, shorter but more regular breaks would help.
It was good to think about techniques used. It was interesting how much the session highlighted cultural and personal differences.
The course is well planned and well structured. The content is good and leaves space for discussion (which would be good to have more time for in the session). I think it would also be good to check in and provide a space to feel safer before jumping straight in to the first task which was essentially telling the person some bad things that have happened to you.
