Excellent course content. Give the heads up at the beginning that we had work to do and encouraged us to switch off our day and lean in. Got time to apply what we were learning to something that we are doing!

Very thought provoking. It gave me lots of ideas on how to be more curious and also to have confidence to ask questions, but to be mindful of how to ask those questions to ensure that I'm always being inclusive. It also highlighted the importance of taking time to ask questions to build and reinforce relationships with colleagues.
