Very good and progressive session for my professional development

Great session. Learnt about new methodologies that I can put into practice in day to day work. PROVE methodology was the key takeaway for me, it’s something I can take into offer negotiations and candidate engagement as well as dealing with senior management. Also toys were a great additions.

Great training, good use of break out rooms keeping everyone engaged

An unpleasant topic was dealt with objectively but nevertheless clearly.

Not what I expected the course to be. Thought it was thresholds 2 for Sas training pay and sas progression

Nice to have the opportunity to discuss progression with others, however I was under the impression the session would be able moving up thresholds within the Specialty Doctor payscale rather than portfolio pathway, and the terminology used was a bit confusing. A review of the name of the session would help.
