Useful course that highlighted what we are entitled to, and how to optimize our job plan- very relavent as it has recently been made mandatory that SAS doctors have a job plan

Good course

This was not a strong session. I could have been a half hour of dynamic engagement, but rather 2.5 hours of someone talking.

For me this course was provided on a one to one basis and I feel that this enabled Karen to really focus on aspects of the role that i found challenging and offer feasible techniques and strategies to help. If this had been run as a group session, I may have not had the opportunity to take away so many tips and tracks that will make a difference to me personally. I felt Karen adapted the course to my needs and struggles and challenged me on aspects of my approach which I feel was necessary, constructive and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

More teaching about management techniques would be more helpful. I was hoping to learn about how to manage others better.
