I liked that I didnt feel singled out, never had to speak to the group on my own which is my worst fear. Very helpful and has absolutely developed my skills

I feel like I can use all of the techniques taught for any situation I am in and adapt these techniques. I feel much more prepared for tackling difficult conversations and preparing to manage up, and overall making the team and myself better so I can support them with what they need.

Great course but I felt the feedback sessions were not very valuable as everyone had very different roles. This time could have been better spent working on our own project plans
