Sam is a really engaging trainer, keeps the group motivated and involved.

Very reassuring that I’m not perfect and I’ve got stuff to learn. Really insightful to learn approach and ideas of every one of the course. What works for them and how they be productive. Reminds me I need to be kinder to myself and not set unrealistic expectations and goals. Emphasis on good planning to make sure I can do the important things first.

Sam was really engaging and made the 3 hour + duration seem shorter which is really impressive. I sometimes dread online training but this was great!

Sam is a wonderful and caring workshop leader. She truly allows for participants to feel in a safe environment. She brought in interesting and thought provoking ideas in the workshop and helped us develop the skills needed to understand the topic of emotional intelligence. The workshop really helps you sort out an action plan to have in place for the changing times we are grappling with at the moment. THANKS
