Very thought Provoking and interesting

Very engaging

So far the course is so interesting, it has opened up my mind too so much more. I feel like since starting this course and currently only module 2 I have started to use a lot of the points in my work and personal life

Today was another great session, I have learned loads about motivation and delegating, and how I manage them, Claire also is passionate and positive and this makes me want to learn more.

Was a very helpful and interactive session. Claire was amazing as usual.

Use of multiple breakout rooms, real life situational context gave relevancy to the training

It was good but not novel or contextualized to the reality of my team. The examples were not complex enough, and it would have been nice that we brought our own and deal with real life exampels and not artificial bounded ones that could be solved... easily.

Great session, very interactive and fun! Sam brought a great expertise, but also made the session engaging, so time flew so fast.

Sam was great energy and it was great to reflect as a team on communication and how we work together - really enjoyed the session
