I was feeling very nervous about attending the course but Clare made the whole experience a pleasure for not just me but everyone there. Learned lots and and help me with my skill set toward leading a better team

The course was fantastic. I feel it has really helped me understand the role I am in and gave a lot of practical knowledge which will help me carry out my job more effectively to manage and lead my team going forward. Great course but I felt the feedback sessions were not very valuable as everyone had very different roles. This time could have been better spent working on our own project plans
