The whole course was very beneficiary to me. I learned a lot of things that I was not aware of which are valuable for my work as well as personal life.

I thought it was a great session because Sam used humor and relatable topics that help us understand the context better. And to break the ice! It was also nice to see that Sam was initiating interactions with the participants.

Sam has done a perfect job! The training was interactive and alternated between theory and practise Sam is very charismatic , offers clear explanations and keeps the audience enganged.

It was a very interesting and interactive course all along. Splitting people into groups and engaging us into discussions was very enriching and also enables you to know many things about other cultures, how people interact with each other and it gives you the opportunity to meet colleagues that you may would have not met otherwise.
