Delivered it brilliantly, great at answering questions and outstanding facilitation
Language is really Important Shape the conversation in stages, structure will help. More knowledge on the help that is out there/ where to signpost people to More confidence in how to start a conversation and important questions to ask which previously I would have avoided
I have a better understanding of hiw to address this sensitive subject and feel more confident to ask direct questions
This course was great to remove the stigma around suicide. The space created was very safe, and I felt comfortable enough to get involved where necessary.
Great pace and coverage ,made me think and gave some really useful tools.
I feel much more confident about having these conversations and know which tools and skills to tap into that supports myself and the person impacted.
The course covered a difficult subject and gave enough time to reflect and put into practise some of the techniques discussed.
The course made me think more around langauge and being able to be direct and ask questions. Also more confident when it comes to someone having a plan and how to dismantle this which again had made me think differently around this.
Pace of the course was good and broken up sufficiently so it wasn't too overwhelming.
The trainer was very engaging thoughtful and informative. She made the session a great experience
