i think the training was well thought out and planned and the delivery of the training by the tutor was great. This has made me more confident when dealing with future scenarios where a customer is feeling suicidal.

This content would probably also be useful for employees who are more likely to deal directly with people experiencing suicidal thoughts, such as agents and associates. W

Great training but a very long day to go through everything i feel like this needs to be broken up into sessions as it’s very heavy

The training sessions was a really good way to understand how to manage conversations around this subject, providing tools and reassurance. MD was really engaging and interactive.
