It was good and informative training, Jamie spoke clearly which helps when understand the sessions, gained a better understanding of how to deal and what questions to ask when speaking to someone who may be feeling suicidal.

Jamie was very knowledgeable about the subject and explained terminology that we should be using to our customer. Also how we showed treat all customers who have suicide thoughts the same

Feel the training was so beneficial and tailored for our sector. We have had training with the Samaritans in the past which didnt land well and was too generic. I have left this training feeling like i am better equipped to support someone who is having sucidial thoughts. I like that the course is practical as opposed to a complete fyi/info sharing & statistics session which i have come across in the past from other providers.
