The trainer was very engaging thoughtful and informative. She made the session a great experience

The training was far too long, given the topic discussed.

I really enjoyed the course as it has given me some great ideas on how I can bring some of the material into my training course.

The last section we had to go through was about redundancies and as we had recently gone through this, I felt this could have been changed to something else, as it felt a bit insensitive.
