Please with how it went and really refocused what I would do in certain situations
The trainer was attentive, always checked in with us to make sure we were safe, understood. She provide amazing knowledge around the situation and guides to go forward
Madhuri was a brilliant trainer. She kept us engaged while discussing a very difficult topic for most people. I went into this being some what apprehensive in taking threat to life calls, but the training she has provided, specifically the steps we can take on a call have really helped build confidence.
Madhuri is a great trainer and explains in good detail and provides great examples. I will now be able to identify comments relation to threat to life
I found the course a real mind opener and it made me think about things that I had never thought about before when it comes to suicide. As mentioned I got a train home and sat there looking at the people around me wondering who in this crowd was having suicidal thoughts.
Really good course, Madhuri is and was lovely throughout, encouraging and will definitely find the learning useful in real life scenaarios
