Jamie gave calm and clear explanations as we went through the training. He asked questions to establish that we were understanding and following what was being discussed and consolidate what we’d learned.

Laura was fantastic in delivering the suicide training, she lead with compassion and validated everyone's feelings no matter how different / conflicting. The contents of the training was understandably upsetting in parts but the main structure was very educational. I feel better equipped at noticing signs and being able to hold a space for a safe conversation.
