The training was far too long, given the topic discussed.
Great training but a very long day to go through everything i feel like this needs to be broken up into sessions as it’s very heavy
Interesting overall. Not something I think will be used in my day to day role. Believe myself personally needs to be more qualified in order to deliver and discuss such a sensitive topic but good to get some knowledge.
I enjoyed the course and I feel this will help me in certain situations, but not so much in my every day job role,
whilst the course was very informative and interesting, as a finance company we often find ourselves unable to provide the help the customer is looking for.
The biggest issue for me is that we need to know how this training will be used in our practical day to day working life. how much does the organisation expect us to do when speaking to tenants. we are under pressure to take referrals and get benefit gains etc
