topic was very interesting and engaging in terms of interactive. Trainer was also non judgemental and approachable. I would say though that the length of the course is quite long to be done virtually.

The course was delivered very well and I do believe the information provided will be beneficial moving forward. Not only for work, but out of work too for any family / friends

Laura was brilliant, really engaging and despite the material of suicide in the course delivered, this was done in the care and important it deserves.

Laura was extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The course content was informative and kept me engaged throughout. Lots of opportunities to ask questions and provide personal insight into a difficult topic. I am coming away from the course with the tools to be able to deal with scenarios in the future surrounding suicide, and feel confident to be able to do so.

I felt that the course work informative, it has given me methods to use in my work. Though I am still nervous of handling these type of calls, i feel that following the steps taught on the course and practice means I should be able to help people

Really engaging. I guess it's the wrong thing to say I enjoyed the course due to the subject content however I feel this will really help me moving forward not only in my work but also my personal life

Very informative, for quite a heavy topic it was broken down nicely and Laura was very interactive.
