Great training but a very long day to go through everything i feel like this needs to be broken up into sessions as it’s very heavy
Only put 4 stars for confidence as would need to embed what I have learnt with practise
Great session, sometimes just a refresh in these difficult topics is enough to rebuild your confidence to deal with them.
The training sessions was a really good way to understand how to manage conversations around this subject, providing tools and reassurance. MD was really engaging and interactive.
Really good course, building on knowledge. Tutor was excellent.
feel like ive learnt a lot about having these conversations and not to shy away from direct questions will really help going forward
