This really opened my eyes and mindset to what a personal brand is and not just the superficial elements I naturally would have thought of. It's actually all about promoting who you are as a person and what you stand for, giving you confidence to do that.

Course was great. Enjoyed the mentoring and sponsorship discussions - I think there could be an even deeper dive into shaping those conversations and how to tactically approach that then that could be really beneficial.
Found the elements of confidence very interesting. Liked the concept of a personal CV. Content was clear and well delivered and really appreciated the Personal CV story which was clearly hard for Anne to deliver but that only added value and credence to it.
Another great session and we’re really growing as a team! The time management part in particular was good to think about and I have some good actions to take forward. The personal CV was challenging but rewarding and it was good to hear Annes!
