It was a really useful couple of sessions thank you. Very valuable to spend this time thinking about my development and how i can grow my confidence.

Really liked presenters - Anne and Charlotte. Great energy which really helped attendees open up. I liked there was no pressure to have to contribute. I found it a nice few hours to take time to focus on my personal development which I rarely do. Perhaps there was a lot of content or not deep enough - but I didn't feel like I came away with a toolkit or definite steps to tackle confidence issues. Although I did take away a few ideas to employ. I liked the playing to your strengths section, with my take away being how can I use one of those strengths that I rarely use in my current role. I feel this was probably the most valuable take away. That and intending to revisit my goals and think about what's preventing me moving forward in my career. Enjoying the content, Lou really delivers and comes across well.

Very good. Practical and good reminders especially at a time when many of our staff our very challenged and need empathy and understanding.

The course content has been well researched and the presentations are engaging with interesting examples, similarly the discussions are stimulating. Didn't receive the course content from part 1 which made it a bit difficult to fill in the commitment planner

Good delivery. The facilitators are good at encouraging people to contribute and in para phrasing to show listening and understanding. Insightful content and an enjoyable session.

Really enjoyed the first session and it was insightful learning, particularly with regards to humility and understanding impact on others.

The course was very engaging, the facilitators made the course easy to follow and the breakout rooms were beneficial
