This course has made me focus on and prioritise myself and my career. It has given me the space needed to clarify goals and both the language and tools to make these goals possible. Anne was a great lead and encouraged conversation and engagement.
I found todays session really helpful, understanding different positions and approaches to organisational politics was interesting. Knowing that it can be perceived in different ways and that an amount of involvement is important is a good approach. Reflecting on priorities, what I would like to achieve, my main drivers I’ve found great. I have been making goals, structuring time and understanding what I want in the next 1,2,5 years has been really helpful for me personally. I know what I want to achieve, and I hope I will be able to achieve these goals at 7IM. Thank you very much for the support, guidance and advice.

This really opened my eyes and mindset to what a personal brand is and not just the superficial elements I naturally would have thought of. It's actually all about promoting who you are as a person and what you stand for, giving you confidence to do that.
Overall I enjoyed the course just a bit unsure where of the overall outcome
