Trainers who understand attendees’ business contexts make this provider’s sessions feel credible, relevant and easy to apply. Reviewers consistently value the energetic, knowledgeable facilitation, clear structure and safe, collaborative discussions that combine useful frameworks with practice, reflection, role play and peer experience. They leave with tangible tools, clearer priorities and actions they can use in client and team situations. Some feel programmes could be shorter or more tailored to differing experience levels.

Liz comes across really well and is enthusiastic. My feedback is about the accelerate programme as a whole: I just feel the course sessions go on too long and take up too much time in our working week. I think they should cut down all the breakout sessions, which are used to fill time, but often result in conversations going off-topic. I don't really find them that beneficial. I would also consolidate each topic into one session (not two), in person, in the room, and blitz all the content in one day, not over two. 5hrs of the working week, is just too much of our time relative to the benefit. I don't think this week's session topic needed such a large amount of time. It is hard to justify all this time, at such a busy time of the financial year, when we are under a lot of work and reporting pressures.

The content was two light for a two-day training. The content and material were very basic, nothing new. There were a lot of repeats during the two days.

I don’t feel like this course was value add to me personally nor me as an IGS employee. The content that was covered during this course was very basic, something I can see my less experienced managers benefiting from. The facilitators were good though!

I didn't think the course was right for senior managers and leaders. It was a bit low level and perhaps more suited to those new to a management role and the subject matter.

I do feel this course somewhat was "teaching us to suck eggs", it could have been delivered in a much shorter session (ie one half day session), and perhaps not appropriate for social care colleagues who think about these things day in day out. Probably better suited to the private sector, not a local authority.

Some useful words of wisdom, but not relevant to those managing say just one person who doesn't have any protected characteristics and it was too drawn out - doesn't warrant 3 x 2.5 hour sessions.

Break up the session more to focus on the 7 steps and breakout accordingly after each item to help build a view for the individual. Far too much information in the last session and not enough time to then discuss with peers.

Feel there was a big gap by not mentioning social Media and how important that is at managing brand, creating profile and network
