AI summary of reviews

Trainers who understand attendees’ business contexts make this provider’s sessions feel credible, relevant and easy to apply. Reviewers consistently value the energetic, knowledgeable facilitation, clear structure and safe, collaborative discussions that combine useful frameworks with practice, reflection, role play and peer experience. They leave with tangible tools, clearer priorities and actions they can use in client and team situations. Some feel programmes could be shorter or more tailored to differing experience levels.

Really enjoyed the concepts and delivery. Thanks Mark and David! We would appreciate more client situations and applications. That would make this very valuable! Thank you!

David and Mark are great fun to work with and I like how they accommodated their program to our specific challenges.

Definitely made me think about the structure of my pitch and gave me the basis for adapting it to different personality types

Excellent communication and a nice structure. Made me rethink how often I am negotiating. First session with team and very impressed.

Speed at beginning was too slow… but that’s just me …. Needed more meat on bones early :)

Great interactivity and cadence. Quite high level of assumption about business strategy

I think the output from the earlier activities could have been repeated and brought into later activities e.g. the opportunities and threats to RAM’s strategy. I also think the sales task was a little long with only 3 sales reps in the room running through the process, I would like to have understood how my role feeds into that more vs focusing a lot on how sales teams sell funds…. perhaps that’s on me for not doing it properly! Perhaps this course should be tailored to different levels of seniority or different team members? as a more junior team member I didn’t feel like I could contribute much to certain discussions, or I was trying to get up to speed with who everyone else works with and what they did…. maybe I was limiting the session in some ways.

A copy of the slides to make note son during the day would have been useful. Overall very useful and helps reinforce points s

Of the many courses of these types over the years this has been by far the best, they actually understood Rathbones and our roles and that we aren’t pushy salespeople. I wasn’t looking forward to 9-5 and felt it would drag/be tiring but it has been engaging with the day broken up well.
