I feel this course has been beneficial but perhaps not as beneficial as the others I have attended. A bit of repetition in things mentioned. That said, I have still thoroughly enjoyed the course and it has given me food for thought.
Very relevant, practical content. It would have been very interesting to get into the psychology behind some of the things discussed. Some more on body language would have been great.
Useful content and good to meet colleagues from other offices and see how they operate.
The course was great, and very different to what we usually do which was nice. Great group of people as well and nice to hear about their experiences too.
Thanks to Debbie for the chats we had and the book/podcast recommendations. I’m feeling a lot more confident in myself and my ability and that’s a big win I’ve taken away from these couple of days.
Could be condensed to half a day. Course more suited to younger members of staff.
The presenters really understood our business and what we need to move forward. Their industry experience was also beneficial to discussions
