Worth while but should be more tailored to my role if doing roleplays
The trainers were excellent and enthusiastic but course not relevant to our role.
Great 2nd day, really enjoyed and over to us to apply day to day.
Really good day, great to take stock of the company and the current processes to help drive efficiency. Also allows a chance to be introspective which is always beneficial for development.
Great refresher from sessions 1-4…..absolutely get the brilliant Basics and very conscious in my day to as certainly not a Pele !
