Extremely helpful. Got me thinking about coaching rather than managing. Could have done with the training sooner in my journey but now feel equipped to coach my team.

Enjoyed it and found it helpful. Will look to put into practice over coming weeks. The scheduling to join future sessions is a challenge though as difficult to take full days, especially when options are bunched together.
