Great session with lots of variety. The content was delivered clearly by two experienced professionals who were able to get the most out of the group. I left with a clear plan over what to focus on to achieve my goals.

Another fantastic day and a really nice way to close the years worth of work. The 8 steps to goals setting will be really valuable as I move into my new role.

It was worthwhile

Very good day. Found the part of the session looking at the area of the brain and how we process information very interesting. I thought it was done well to show how the processing of information then filters in to our daily work.

The self reflection this course allows us to have is second to none. Coupled with the ability to see and hear what other colleagues feel is invaluable insight

Great session to close a fantastic year with Abstract. As someone who is interested and passionate about self development and learning it is incredibly motivating for me to work with specialists in high performance. The content discussed can often be things that I encountered before but often framed differently to how I have previously encountered it.

Been a pleasure working with all the Abstract guys. Learned lots, laughed lots. It’s only when you pause and reflect some of the concepts have become normal behaviour rather than abstract concepts. Good balance of existing theory as well as original thinking.
