I like very much the content of the course , though I feel that it should also bring more content and tips , on the top of the one shared by peers.
The speakers at each session were fantastic. To hear senior people in the organization talk through their experiences and views on the topics we were covering was really invaluable. I am not keen on breakout sessions, and these were used frequently. If cohorts are vocal in the main room, then possibly best to use the main forum more.
Really enjoyed this last module, really helped to bring everything together. Debbie was exceptional in delivering this!
Another well taught module. Overall content is very insightful, although the content can be quite conceptual - particularly purpose. Which makes it hard to visualise personal examples. One way to remedy this might be providing more examples thought out.
Wasn’t able to attend first day, so didn’t get full benefit. But enjoyed guest speaker
Thoroughly enjoyed the guest speaker on the course. It really helped pull the theory in to perspective and give me ideas as to how I can implement positive changes to my judgement and decision making in my career.
Still feeling it’s a little challenging to stay engaged, feel a lot is being read off the course content that we have already been provided. I enjoy sessions more when we talk and put theory into discussion
The module itself was a slight repetition of many other courses I have experienced in the past, so there wasn't much novel content. It doesn't mean it wasn't of value, but felt more like a refresher rather than learning new topics. There were some good highlights though - the aspects of Sponsorship, the Guest Speaker, and the Personal CV where the most valuable to me personally today. I will contemplate more on those aspects and I feel confident in applying those learnings on my career journey.
I enjoyed the course and only issue I had was I don't think I will be in boardroom, however the rest has increased my confidence and ability to speak more at meetings
