2nd course had more usable content which will be great for new to role line managers

On the whole. As with any course bits that are of use, some bits are things I’ve heard before. My biggest issue was the last pairings exercise ‘BEEF’ I was sat in a room on own and no one paired with me, I was unable to message the training chat or the facilitator. So lost about 20 mins of content

Particularly enjoyed goal setting and maximising potential session!

Thought provoking and good to the time to assimilate and plan. Neurosphere liked model but questions around whether correct. Didn’t really impact as generally discussed areas.

Great to take some thinking from this and visualise how I may put things into practice - both as a manage and thinking about my own goals. A different lens to consider my goals through

I should have read the neurosphere report before coming in because the discussions didn't allow enough time for me to provide all feedback i wanted. Useful probing questions throughout the modules. Thanks

Great session, enough information to make a difference without feeling bombarded or overwhelmed. Personable facilitators with a sense of humour!

Facilitators were really knowledge, it makes such a difference that they have come from PB background and therefore understand the challenges.
