A very good course again. Having had sponsors and mentors in the past there were some aspects I had done before but there were a number of useful aspects I can take away and apply.
Some really insightful elements and some that were quite obvious or generic. But overall I enjoyed the course
I thought the course was insightful on the process of decision making and the importance of understanding the question. I liked the examples.
Very engaging. Presenter flexible and welcoming but also encouraging. I felt like I was in a safe space. Thanks Paul.
This module was really good and definitely encouraged me to step back and think about my career and approach to work in a constructive way
Loads of good materials, relevant content. Paul has been friendly and created a team feeling for us. Guest speaker Kate was a great inspiration. I enjoyed the first day of the module more. I wish to hear more on stress management. Thank you
