I have really enjoyed this session, it was super thought provoking and will aid me going forward personally and professionally.
Thought provoking and good to the time to assimilate and plan. Neurosphere liked model but questions around whether correct. Didn’t really impact as generally discussed areas.

Very useful and thought provoking sessions. As a junior manager it is useless go hear the voices and experiences of more experienced managers. I was in a session with my boss which is useful as we have a great relationship though others could feel different.
Slides and content excellent, the neurosphere lost its value due to the report defaulting to balanced.
Lots covered but all relevant, would be good to get slides shared as reference point when review in comings weeks
Really useful course, thank you. Section on decision making (yes,no, best alternative) is always useful as a refresher and keep at the forefront of day to day tasks.
I really liked the course and thought it was engaging, honest and real. often training courses feel unrealistic, but this didn't suffer from it. We were also treated like adults and it was upto us to get something from it.
Great to take some thinking from this and visualise how I may put things into practice - both as a manage and thinking about my own goals. A different lens to consider my goals through
