Really enjoyed the course today. Thought Paul and Anne delivered it extremely well and brought up some interesting and thought provoking ideas, allowing area for challenge and discussion.

Well delivered and both Paul and Anne were lovely. I was only able to join for the afternoon as I was told on the day about the course however Anne gave me a very warm welcome and the afternoon session was very helpful and I took a lot away from it. It makes me sit back and think about things I do/say.

It's been a well spent day!

Really good session. It was great to stop, think and reflect. I learn some new things and gained reassurance about others.
