Very good course, with concrete examples and sound advice
Enjoyed the course and interesting to hear everyone's stories and perspectives. It would be good to get the full slide emailed out.
This has been the best course I have been on to date. Interesting, relevant content. Easy to apply to everyday life. Both presenters very good. Nice style. Apologies I was a little distracted during the course due to a family issue.
Great content and very well facilitated. Found the course very ‘real’ - no cheesy nonsense but practical advice and tips. Would have been interested in a bit more psychology around the mind as really enjoyed the section on the brain.
I really enjoyed this course can me an insight into my behaviour and how I can control it bebetter
Overall facilitators were great. Really open minded and encouraging interaction on what can be a sensitive topic for participants. Where I gave 4 stars for topics/ modules / its because I still need to think about them a bit and will take time to reflect over time. I think these are hard to do 100% right for a big group.
This has been an exceptional course for not only the wider community and benefits to all, but personal leadership too. Lots of notes taken and work to carried forward! :)
Thank you so much Lou and Clay. This has been a really fantastic course. So great to have this space to explore these discussions and to meet and talk with other colleagues. The PACE pods have really helped to put this in practice and will help keep up the commitment!
