Really enjoyed the conversations with colleagues in the sessions and PACE pods and found it helpful to discuss sometimes difficult and challenging situations. Very impressed with everyone's openness through these conversations.

Anne is great - really cares about helping you make the most of your career by forcing you to think about the difficult questions like what specific steps you need to take to get to where you want to get to. I'm also enjoying the course content as it follows a logical sequence that helps you formulate a strategic plan to achieve your short, medium and long-term goals !
I am finding the course really useful. firstly it's made me consider if my career objectives are right. its taken my focus away from the end goal and onto the steps I need to take, relationships I need to build to reach my goal. really interesting and thought provoking.
