I have enjoyed the course and found the discussions and break out times particularly interesting.
This session was actually really helpful in making me identify what I perceived as smy own strengths (and the imposter syndrom I faced when considering this!) and that my personality traits/strengths are really different outside of work - this indicates there may be some strengths that I am not fully utilising at work to get me to where I need to be!
The training has offered some valuable space to reflect on key matters relating to ED&I and a chance to start conversations again through the tangible visible commitment planner which I have found really useful as a reflective tool to review my commitment. Thanks, it has been a very useful training.
I've said this in all of the feedback: I'm not sure what to do with this there wasn't enough practical guidance in it for me. I also didn't get enough of what Senior Leadership feels is wrong and needs to change. What's their view of where we should be focusing our efforts.
I have been able to reflect on what I do well, but now going forward I can see what I can improve. I'm looking forward to it.
Really engaging facilitation with the right mix of learning and proactive discussion and challenge to enable us as managers to put our learning into practice. Excellent trainers. Really enjoyable.
The breakout rooms today could have been a little longer to allow fuller conversations, but again a thought provoking morning. Thank you.
I thought the course was very informative and thought -provoking. I felt able to express myself without worry of being judged or criticised. I have enjoyed discussing with other managers in breakout spaces and have come away with lots of practical ideas. It is hard to see how this course could be anything other than positive for the organisation.
Nice to have a space to have some open conversations about EDI and how we can make the cultural shift into this much more positive place. I would be good to run this again - it should be compulsory for all new managers.
