Helped reflect on current practices and what to potentially change
There was some really good stuff in here, but there was also quite a bit of stuff that didn't feel relevant to the course topic, e.g. negotiation, and the pace was quite slow. It felt like it could have been a 2.5 hour course not 5 hours.

I'm not looking to be on a board, but I thought the program was helpful in giving practical tips that can be used to engage stakeholders overall, enable better relationships and helpful when preparing for presentations. Preparation, building relationships, influencing stakeholders and follow up where my key take-aways. Guest speaker had a bad connection but hoping to hear any further thoughts Denise can share.

Excellent module which was extremely well presented. Gave me a great deal to consider and will definitely help me to improve my board engagement skills and also has encouraged me to go for it in terms of applying for a board position I have considered for a while
I have applied some of the concepts that were taught in this programme in my work and found them to be very useful. In addition, I have also gained greater self awareness on the areas that I could work on to become better (e.g. imposter syndrome). It has been a great course throughout the year and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to progress more effectively in his/her career path.
