Not all the modules are applicable but you can still find value in the concepts. I have definitely felt that I've improved on certain aspects over the course, so thank you for that. Again, kudos to the facilitators for bringing such energy to the module at such an early time fo day.
Enjoyed the breakout sessions. It was useful to learn from the participants' experiences.
The slides we use and you present at times are in a different order. I use a mobile for zoom so mot always easy to see the slides you present.
Helpful to have the prompts to reflect on own behaviour but also how you might influence more widely changing mindsets
Good pace generally and a hard course to do on line as difficult to create the conversation. Did well through workshops. Some of the questions were too strategic and big and made it difficult to relate back
Really interesting, sometimes jargon was used that needed to be explained. having staff across the Borough was challenging as people were in different places with EDI
The course content has always raised a lot areas to explore further and triggered a lot of professional curiosity. PODS did not work however i hope we can meet for the last time.
I found that today's module packed a lot in - and I thought some important issues were truncated esp the question of how conflict about/between cultural values/symbols/worldviews is resolved. In terms of practical application I found the section on effective collaboration useful and stimulating.
The course touched on clashes of values , ideas, etc. Would have been good to explore this further.
