Loved this course, highly recommended. V insightful around unconscious bias, diversity of thought and creating a thinking space for managers to consider how to enhance inclusive practice within their own teams and organisation. Created a safe space for discussion with peers.
really interesting course and speaks really positively to the organisation that these are the values it wants to encourage and foster. Really enjoyed the conversations with colleagues in the sessions and PACE pods and found it helpful to discuss sometimes difficult and challenging situations. Very impressed with everyone's openness through these conversations.

Anne is great - really cares about helping you make the most of your career by forcing you to think about the difficult questions like what specific steps you need to take to get to where you want to get to. I'm also enjoying the course content as it follows a logical sequence that helps you formulate a strategic plan to achieve your short, medium and long-term goals !
I am finding the course really useful. firstly it's made me consider if my career objectives are right. its taken my focus away from the end goal and onto the steps I need to take, relationships I need to build to reach my goal. really interesting and thought provoking.
I appreciated the balance of input from the trainers vs the time given for us to discuss issues in groups. It works well, and the feeding back was pressure-free - thank you!
The final session was particularly helpful and will be used to help build and encourage collaborative working within the teams in my service and beyond.
