Introduction was too long, and some of the material could have been covered quicker to allow more time for small group discussion, which I felt was the most useful part of the session.

Interesting and thought-provoking content. The narrative around assimilation was a bit long, but I see the importance of it in ED&I. Thanks, and I look forward to the next session.

Technology issues made this quite a tiring session - 2 and a half hours where I kept losing the screen and then couldn't see the content properly, plus feedback issues. Any chance we can use GoogleMeet instead of Zoom? Overall, I didn't feel very inspired - still a lot of words and a lack of bringing things to life by using examples. A lot of talking to listen to. Breakout rooms brought to an end very abruptly, interrupting people's conversations.

Excellent content and delivery from both trainers. I thought it was very thought provoking but also felt like a safe environment.

Exciting beginning to a programme that I hope will challenge my thinking and enable me to reflect personally.

Really enjoyed this first session. Has really made me think about myself as a manager and how to move forward with the team. Feel that this is not just a course that is completed and forgotten about. It is something that will enable us to facilitate ongoing support and learning
