Great content and delivery on a subject that I hadn’t thought deeply anoint prior. However I’ve taken away some great tips and knowledge that I hope to you use.
I thought the course content and materials were engaging and set at about the right level of detail for a course of this length. One thing I would have liked to see, if it exists, is a case study of a Council or similar organisation that has tackled the issues and the need for cultural change highlighted by this course.
I think the course has been great, would of loved for it to of been longer (say double the length of time). Anne and Jen were great and encouraging open and honest conversations in the group and I enjoyed being able to share my thoughts and experiences in a safe environment. I have definitely picked up some new ways of thinking from the course I can build into my personal brand moving forward.
Good opportunity to reflect on practice and gaps in understanding. Necessary training for a changing environment.

I didn't think the course was right for senior managers and leaders. It was a bit low level and perhaps more suited to those new to a management role and the subject matter.
I have found this course incredibly useful. It has made my thinking more organized and structured on something that can be quite abstract and difficult to put into words and actions.
I loved the course, it was a great place to be introduced to broader company. And it really has helped me with confidence in my career, and navigating the ambiguity surrounding careers. My only feedback is the course content (pdf) did not perfectly align with the presentation.
I’ve found this really useful for highlighting weaknesses and where I need to focus to advance, my inability to visualise and see a path forward. It has shown me what is important to me personally and how it’s to find employers that embody my values and how it’s vital to have a reason ‘why’ I do the job I do and work where I work.
