I feel it's too early for me to really know what the impact of this will be on my career

Thought it was an interesting session - putting it into practice clearly the challenge - working out the 'so what' is the difficult bit so I think the pace pods are a good idea

Great course which was very well delivered by Anne. It really got me thinking about what makes me tick and how I can look to improve my skills and play to my strengths. Looking forward to the next session.

Came to the session very unsure about my career path but I feel I have a lot to think about after the session and I know how I can start to move this forward

I found it extremely interesting and it has really gotten my brain thinking about how I can progress my career. I am really looking forward to the course and my development, and working closer with others around the business to provide and receive support.

I appreciate that timing of the session itself is a challenge, but considering the volume of content , would good to perhaps have more frequent, shorter sessions to allow for immediate discussion.

Great course. Worked very well discussing with partners then coming back into the group rather than talking in front of everyone.
