It was a great session and have taken some good actions from it - need to spend more time out of my team and getting to know the values of others. Also BEEF is going to feature in all my one to ones!
I don’t feel like this course was value add to me personally nor me as an IGS employee. The content that was covered during this course was very basic, something I can see my less experienced managers benefiting from. The facilitators were good though!
Always good to take a couple of hours out of a busy day job to reflect. Cynical about it to start with but glad I attended.
Really enjoyed today's session - new and engaging things to think about, especially the trust assessment and how we can work on that ratio. Also thought the new timings (2 hours) was much more helpful and felt like we could really dig into the material. Very supportive of doing the next session sooner than the last ones.
Really enjoyed todays soundbite and the pace was just right this time and didnt feel as rushed as other sessions The mentoring piece was very insightful and really helped me realise that I need to broaden my sponsor and mentor network - this is something to takeaway going forward as I definitely see that as something for me to push forward my development and progression at 7! Thanks Anne :)
interesting / unexpected results from the questionnaires. i will do them again in a few weeks to see if the results are the same
