interesting, have covered much before though but acted as a good refresher

This was arguably my favourite module. I think the topics from this module seemed to be very applicable in my day to day i.e. thinking about brand before I go to work in the morning.

I really enjoyed the smaller group. It was good to hear more of people’s thoughts and get to know people better.

Really useful to have a view on such broad topics, great to lead to reflection. Thanks

The course enables good discussions and deeper reflections about how we interact with others. Lou is an engaging presenter and accesses relevant anecdotes that support the point further.

I would have liked to have delved a bit more into the materials behind the themes discussed today - especially bias. A tool to work on to understand one's own bias would be helpful here.

I found the content really useful. Although at times I couldn't quite see the linkage between some of the topics and the main purpose of the training, I still believe everything we learned and talked about will be very useful.
