Really useful and interesting course. I learnt a lot that will be of use in terms of career development but also outside this arena. Liked the style of the course. thought provoking and engaging. only gripe was not being able to print out the matrix to score the CRIS so had to write result on sep sheet of paper. would be interesting to attend the course in an organisationally-stable org.
