Really enjoyable course with lots of take aways and opportunities to consider things to work on.

Really helpful insights and content conveyed in a fun way. Maybe more relevant for people in other roles but still really useful for me.

Enjoyed the course, materials hard to access when remote, I.e. the CRIS grid. But enjoyed the course and makes me reflect on my engagement in organisation politicis.

Had a nice balance of listening and group activities. Nothing too heavy or dense in terms of subject matter and all quite nicely explained. The examples and stories are also useful for me, always find those are a good way of contextualising things personally.

Good session and mix of theory, activites, discussion and reflection. Break out questions are helpful

Challenging but really good

Good eye opening course & well presented.

Good but could be more local government and Sutton specific in why it is important to care about EDI (PSED etc).

Very similar to module 1 Personally I would have liked a bit more theory and teaching than 2 break out rooms
