I really enjoyed the course and it has made me focus on the areas I need to improve on to get to the next step in my career.

Really like the informal approach and engaging us to answer and discuss in detail in break-out rooms and feedback etc. Already have learnt about two areas I wasn't thinking of previously regarding assimilation and intersectionality. I wasnt sure what to expect on this course but this has made me enthused about the next one.

So far I am enjoying the content of this course, as great way to take time away from my busy day and to reflect on how I actions situations at work.
