Enjoyed the course and Lou and Clay lead and facilitated conversations well. Went at the right pace.
The use of quotes always inspires. The breakout rooms are timed well and I like that we are given a question and starter for ten to keep the group focused. The change of facilitators is always timed well and I enjoy the remind and revise elements and the language is pitched just right for someone like me! I would like to have had more direction for the PACE pod discussions as these always took a while to get going, maybe some specific questions like the breakout room would foster more discussion. I hope this course is now rolled out to all staff and not just managers as I always thought staff from all levels should be involved in this with us.
Excellent facilitators who are very knowledgeable. Interesting subjects for thought and discussion I will continue to work on these outcomes.
The course gave a lot of food for thought and a lot of useful tools and ideas to take forward as a leader and as a manager to implement within the organisation and individual team.
Best course in a very long time; relevant and extremely thought provoking - brings me back to 'how it should be. Lots of work to do but the whole course has been a true reminder that leaders really do need to path the way to improve the way we work together, respect difference, truly listen to understand, be the change you want to see and help each other grow!
Course was really good and helped reflect on how I am a leader as well as how the team operate. Really valuable to have insight from other managers. Would be helpful to have a cross section of the organisation on the courses

Very good . I know we want to focus on the positives but may be helpful to discuss some of the barriers to these organisational behaviors Some Senior Leaders are not on board and it has an impact. Ian needs to focus more on Senior levels who seem to be more interested in their egos and personal career paths than making a real and lasting difference to the organisation.
