Still a great learning experience.

The instructor was excellent—super knowledgeable and approachable. They made complex topics easy to understand and were really good at explaining things in multiple ways if something wasn’t clear. They also created a supportive learning environment, encouraging questions and making sure everyone felt comfortable participating. Their enthusiasm for the subject was contagious, which made the course even more enjoyable. Overall, they kept things engaging and made sure we stayed on track throughout the course.

Mr. Harris was an exceptional teacher to have for A+, if possible myself and the rest of the class I'm sure would love to have him as our teacher for the remainder of out time at ACI. Overall, I think the course was very valuable if you are just entering this field and have little knowledge about this information. My instructor was a key part in that he was very knowledgeable about troubleshooting and involving real world scenarios. It covered the fundamentals with networking and troubleshooting pc hardware, configuring network addressing and internet connections, and service components based on customer requirements Overall after this course I feel more comfortable learning more about installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment, mobile devices, and software for end users, but I know i also still have a lot to learn.
