Extremely rushed, relies almost entirely on self study. (what's the point of the class then?)

I don’t feel that the overall ACI Learning course was as helpful as I expected in preparing me for the CompTIA certification exams. A major concern was the lack of hands-on training, especially since the program advertised hands-on learning as part of its offerings. Much of the instruction relied heavily on PowerPoint presentations, which did not always help me understand how the concepts actually apply in real-world situations or how they may appear on the CompTIA exams. I also feel that the timeframe for covering CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ is too condensed. There is a large amount of information to learn and retain, and moving through all three certifications so quickly makes it difficult to truly understand the material before moving on to the next subject. Dave was a major positive part of my experience. His explanations helped make several difficult concepts much easier to understand. Without his additional explanations and teaching approach, I believe I would have struggled even more with some of the material. Overall, I think the program could be improved by providing hands-on labs, scenario-based troubleshooting, practice questions that reflect the style of the CompTIA exams, and more time dedicated to each certification. I would have benefited much more from a program focused on actually understanding and applying the concepts rather than moving through a large amount of information in a short period of time.

ACI really let me down A+ with dillan was great really learned things we get into Net+ and its legit just reading from the coursebook a straight snooze fest. and then we get into Sec+ what a nightmare how is it that our "instructor" has to google answers for questions we would ask? We were just being read to from the coursebook in the most monotone voice. If I would of known this course was going to be like this I would of never wasted my time and money! If i was just going to be read from a coursebook I could of just bought a book and paid for the certs myself and saved myself 15 thousand instead of this "class". Do not waste your time utilize Professor Messor on Youtube and look at the Comptia guidelines and you will be in way better shape than this plus not be wasting all this money for nothing!. Horrible Course inexperienced "instructor" and no real learning unless you do it all on your own.....

The Network+ was horrible comparing A+ to it its nowhere near the same it felt like a huge waste of money it was the equivalent of buying a book and reading it on your own and for 4k completely unacceptable. What a waste of money. For 15k you get less than 3 months of "school" to possibly get 3 certs when nursing programs are 20k for 1 year how does that make sense. From the start to now I am completely disappointed ACI is being stingy on money letting go of contracts and it shows.

if the course needs to stay 11 weeks, make the week after A+ a time to study for the cert exams.

I was very disappointed of the way how Michelle recruited me, cat fishing me in a way that strictly brought the message across that number one this program was for cyber security, which so far i've only done IT and troubleshooting, which from the start i was never interested in. This is not how this should have been handled, Michelle catfished me and denied all questions of it being HELP DESK AND TROUBLESHOOTING, her strategy is to pretend like this course is cyber security based which is a high demand career, for her to receive the commission pay for me signing up. This upset me deeply, as well as the fact that she guaranteed me a job at least paying $30 per hour. Which the more and more i look into this i get more disappointed. The recruiting process that i experienced is a major scam and will relay this experience to people going forward. As for personnel and instructors, i am very satisfied and positively surprised of the knowledge they bring to the table regardless of my lack of interest. If i was told from the beginning this was for help desk and trouble shooting in the IT field i would have immediately declined the offer without hesitation.

This course did not deliver what was advertised. It was pure death-by-PowerPoint with outdated slides and absolutely no hands-on labs or practical training. The building, platform, and overall setup were outdated and did nothing to support real learning. The instructor did what he could, but the program itself is fundamentally broken and needs a complete rebuild. It did not meet its objectives and did not prepare anyone for real IT or cybersecurity roles. Bottom line: this program is not worth the money. If you want nothing but endless PowerPoints with no real training, this is the place. Otherwise, avoid it.

Stolen taxpayer dollars to pay for an Unwanted class. in no way is this class valuable for an IT job.

this entire 11 week course was read and memorize, no applying lessons learned. no building computers in A+, no applying security measures in SEC+, no subneting. everything was this means this, this is this and move on, no practical application of what was taught.

This was a big waste of my time and my GI Bill.
