I am very disappointed with this program to date. I was hesitant to enroll because I have zero experience in this field and was told that no experience was needed and that I would learn along the way. This program is too fast-paced for the inexperienced and the instructors cater more to those with experience as they understand the IT language. There is no hands-on work during class and is 90% "death by power point." Most of the labs do not even work so that defeats the purpose of hands-on. I encourage future learners to look at other institutions as they may provide a better learning experience.

Courses material is great but not having an instructor that can instruct makes learning this way harder than it needs to be. I'm very disappointed with this last class due to the instructor. I myself have been an instructor for compressed training times and still made course material relatable and understandable. I kept an open mind and remembered no matter how long I had done the tasks being taught, I taught the course material 1. In accordance with the material set to present and 2. The students are absorbing or not absorbing material based on how well I can relate that material to their knowledge base and understanding. I adjusted to classes as needed and would expect similar teaching standards from my own instructor. Never would I have told students "You're not asking me the right questions so I can't answer your question" That does nothing but frustrate and shut down a class. On more than 1 occasion Mr. Lee made that statement to us as a class, that to me would be an indicator of me not connecting with and reaching my class. He refused to adjust and we have suffered because of it.

I am frustrated at the way our instructor taught us. I am no where ready for my practice test I feel, let a long my certification exam. I am not a fan at how fast this curriculum is for someone as green as I am in the field. I'm sure others are going great, however, I am not a fast learner. I wish my ACI mentor would have told me to do X, Y and Z in preperation for this material. At least the jargon. That would have helped a lot.

the general professionalism of ACI and the decision-making ability is poor to say the least. on Wednesday, there was inclimate weather and class was held. on Thursday, when the road were clear i got a call that there was an "emergency situation" at the facility and classes were canceled with no option of zoom (which the am class did) also stated was that there was a make up class to be scheduled on an upcoming Saturday. fast forward to 7pm on Friday when we got an email that our make up session was at 8am the next day. we were unable to take the end of course assessment until Saturday despite having meet the over 80% attendance requirement in your policy. poor decision making and lack of consideration of your students time. I will highly discourage anyone who inquires into your courses from taking them, currently there are 4 people in the course with me that i work with and 5 others that were considering attendance that will no longer be attending.

The class was so fast that the students were not able to keep up. Additionally, the instructor never had enough time to truly delve into the concepts. Instead they were forced to give a rudimentary explanation, and then move on.

Looking forward to a better learning experience after this constructive criticism.

the course material was ok but I took diligent notes and studied them before the practice exam and to hear the instructor contradict her own slides and words is disappointing. I now basically have to go back and relearn the material according to the pmbok and not my notes. I feel the Army is wasting money by paying for ACI's course. There is no way I should have spent 30 hours in a virtual classroom just to get 58% on an open notes/ open book test. I will not recommend this course to anyone.
