The content provided was clear and concise. Proper activities and after section quizzes helped understand and learn the material.

Ms. Janine Wiggins was very helpful and taught us so much in a short amount of time. However, I feel confident with the tools that were provided to me, and I am grateful that this class was included in the program. I am thankful to have Ashley Rapp also as a human resource she was very helpful and came with a lot of quick and helpful suggestions during her time in the class as well.

This course is so informative and really helped me get a better understanding of what it means to be an IT technician.

Great course content.

Mr. Wong did a great job at engaging the class regarding the concepts of security. Coming from an Intelligence background, a lot of this material was fairly straightforward but served as an excellent refresher that also got me into the mindset of Security regarding the cyber realm.

Johnny was very knowledgeable and detailed in his instruction. He always made sure we understood everything and would go back over anything we needed. He helped me finally understand subnetting, which was huge for me, and broke the process down in a way that actually made sense. This was honestly one of the best classes I’ve taken!
