Eric Pocatko, Knows his CompTIA and ACI Learning academy information. I was so elated that he was one of our instructors. He relayed all the right information for us to grasp everything IT. For each subject A+, Net+ and Security + he was very Intune with the great preparation that ACI learning Academy provided. There were typos and a couple of slides that were not necessary but he filled in to make up for that loss. He placed tickets for the necessary corrections. He wanted to make sure we had the necessary material to be successful. He was very compassionate about what he instructed and professional in every way. He is also very knowledgeable of all of the material. Very successful instructor. I know having the experience of the opportunity of Eric's instruction, will lead to the success for taking all of my COMPTIA certifications and successfully passing all of them because of Eric.
A couple of things. Can we move the eval link to one of the main dropdown menus associated with the course. Also adding a week or 4 day study period between each class would be highly beneficial to first time Cyber Security Analyst students because testing/scheduling for one certification test while learning another in another class firehose military tech school style is not ideal for most students. Or even lengthening the classes in general so we take take more time understanding the material instead of brain dumping for tests because I feel comfortable testing wise but what is the point of learning the concepts if I cant remember them for an actual job- which is something that ACI prioritizes as well, career development. Angel was a stellar instructor that is actively trying to make concepts understandable in her own way. She is a bit fast but she listens to her students and creates multiple teaching activities to drive lessons home. keep her.
Not bad. A lot of it is basically me studying and actually know what IT and the computers are talking about.
Great course! It gave me the motivation to seek employment in it.
