Mr. Fernandez "Freddy" has done a fantastic job teaching this course. Overall, the course was well-structured, informative, and engaging. It provided a solid foundation in hardware, software, and networking, with a good balance of theory and hands-on practice. The instructor was knowledgeable and made complex topics easier to understand. The platform was user-friendly, but incorporating more real-world simulations and interactive discussions could further enhance the learning experience. I feel more confident in my IT skills and would recommend this course to others looking to build a strong technical foundation.

The overall course was fast paced and well planned out to ensure proper information is retained and preparing others like myself for future roles in the IT industry.
