We are adults with jobs, the strictness of the camera being on and running all the way to 10pm when I finished my assigned lab at 9:00 is frustrating. Oftentimes I would get home from work with 15 mins to make something to eat before the class starts. I just think the strictness of the concept is ridiculous. It is on me as an adult to get what I want out of the class and put the appropriate amount of time in, but forcing it this way was frustrating not only for me but for others I spoke with as well.

Ms. Angel was a great instructor. Overall ACI did a great job providing insight to what's a computer user support specialist is and what it entails.

Despite some very obvious flaws with the material, ACI has some very knowledgeable and personable people working at the campus. People who really want to see people coming into here succeed. And so in spite of that, I think this is a great environment to come to in order to advance in an IT career.

The venue experienced recurring technical issues that impacted instructional delivery and reduced overall effectiveness. However, Dr. Dreighton adapted quickly and professionally by implementing a contingency plan, including relocating to an alternate classroom, which helped ensure continuity of instruction despite the venue limitations.

I was very disappointed of the way how Michelle recruited me, cat fishing me in a way that strictly brought the message across that number one this program was for cyber security, which so far i've only done IT and troubleshooting, which from the start i was never interested in. This is not how this should have been handled, Michelle catfished me and denied all questions of it being HELP DESK AND TROUBLESHOOTING, her strategy is to pretend like this course is cyber security based which is a high demand career, for her to receive the commission pay for me signing up. This upset me deeply, as well as the fact that she guaranteed me a job at least paying $30 per hour. Which the more and more i look into this i get more disappointed. The recruiting process that i experienced is a major scam and will relay this experience to people going forward. As for personnel and instructors, i am very satisfied and positively surprised of the knowledge they bring to the table regardless of my lack of interest. If i was told from the beginning this was for help desk and trouble shooting in the IT field i would have immediately declined the offer without hesitation.

Overall, the course was practical, engaging, and well-structured, giving me useful IT skills and career guidance to confidently start my IT journey.
