Overall I think this Computer User Support program needs to be longer..this is a shotgun of knowledge and if its considered an introduction course for people with 0 tech knowledge then its needs to be much longer. Id say at least a weak per core subject. Even being tech savvy and having some background knowledge this course expands upon it so much I might as well barely know how to turn on a computer.

Great course overall! I feel prepared to compete in the job market.

I really appreciate the course and the time spent here will definitely be memorable.. it was fun and very informative to the end. This will definitely help me in pushing my self to get a job in the IT field industry

Confident to take Security+ exam

Overall, the course provided valuable content, but the fast-paced structure made it challenging to absorb fully. The instructor was excellent, offering strong support and guidance throughout.

I appreciated and enjoyed Dan Pogue's class and teachings.
