Overall, my experience in taking this course was mostly positive. I knew most of the basics when it comes to computers, but there were several concepts that I didn't know existed. Now I feel more comfortable with my learning pace despite the amount of information that's out there.

I believe that Career Prep Week so be at the end of Security +. Career Prep was a distractor to learning.
Miguel and Nichole were amazing. The Career Prep material was very good and thorough. The Network+ material was comprehensive, but cramming that amount of material into 9 days of instruction was too much to ask. Also the lack of quizzes to reinforce the material after each section was a problem when comparing to how good the organization was for A+.
Mr. Eric is very knowledgeable and very insightful. He is very motivated and inspirational and really wants the students to grasp all of the material at ACI to prepare us for COMPTIA A+ I had a small bit of trouble over thinking the material because I just finished my Masters. But the way he teaches it helped me to re-think the way I take in the information. Hopefully I can keep viewing and learning with the great motivation that is provided by Mr. Eric. You can definitely witness that he really likes his instructional position.
