Great instructor! Made learning easier and fun for everyone in the class. Alex used practical examples and ways that just made it easier to learn! I wish Alexandra wasn't leaving and can stay with us to teach us Networking and Security. Alex made me more than excited to get started with my IT career and even to learn and come into class every day. I wish nothing but the best for Alex for her career and I hope we keep in touch! - Charles S.

I have mixed feeling about the course as a whole. It started off slow but picked thanks to Mr Starks. The course and materials provided are ok at best, but I feel they do not adequately prepare someone to take the certification exam or get a job without the help of extensive outer resources.

I give the course 4 stars overall because the information given was great. I learned a lot however the labs were great as well but I think the some of the LABS should have been in person hands on. Do it physically helps retained the information better. I would also recommend do hands on ticket troubleshooting, of real world scenarios as well. Moreover, a lot of the LABS were frustrating because I felt as if they were trying to trick us. I knew the answer but it was still wrong because i didn't capitalize the first letter or the answer only wanted one word of the answer. For example if the answer was "ME and YOU" they only wanted the ME part. sometimes in the LABS the answer and question had nothing to do with what you just learned therefore I felt like it was going down a rabbit hole. Lastly I don't think that Homework and Test should be done outside of class. Maybe class should be extended an hour so everything can be done with the instrutor present.

Easily my favorite of the 3 courses.

The instructors were amazing and very helpful.

The labs were not helpful and they made it difficult to follow within the lesson and they did not follow of have the same information as the curriculum. Please readvise the lessons to all have one standard for completion and make it known what lessons are mandatory for completion and certification prep.

Course is very technical and acronym-oriented so a student must focus on many aspects of the terminology and processes.

I'm enjoying all of my classes so far. The instructors have been great at explaining everything and breaking it down to my level of understanding
