I enjoyed the instructor.

thank you for the course. I was not expecting to work on career prep and at first was not interested, but after the first day Ms. Jones was successful in getting my attention.

Just has been a great opportunity to learn the computer knowledge in IT, that can help to get certifications and a future career.

Great course!

Overall, the course was both informative and engaging, with clear instruction that made even challenging topics accessible. The instructor’s approach—polite, organized, and enriched with personal experiences—added real-world context, which helped to deepen our understanding of the material. The combination of structured lessons, interactive discussions, and practical labs made the learning experience memorable and effective. While some of the lab instructions could have been more detailed to reduce ambiguity, the instructor's enthusiasm and support made up for it, ensuring students stayed motivated and on track. It was a positive and rewarding experience that provided a solid foundation in cybersecurity.

Another good course with great information needed to obtain Certifications, ready for the next one. Thank you ACI!
