This information was easier to learn after going through all the other information we learned. Our teachers were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the ideas we were confused about.

course was cool, we got hotdogs on the 4th and pizza during orientation but didn't get pizza for graduation!??!!? that deserves 3 stars. no on a serious note Eric Tinn is the best teacher at ACI followed Gregory Benjamin every instructor needs to shadow Eric and Gregory to learn their polymorphic teaching style. They know how to change their teaching style for each student so they can understand.

It was great and fast, get to the points and have a great support to help you pass the exams

A lot of information that my brain had to process, but the instructor Loren B made it fun everyday and didn't seem unobtainable. There are items i knew from just being in a work setting not IT setting that surprised me. I loved this class.

The course was great! Nothing really bad to say about it. It was pretty fast paced but I get that's what it takes to fit everything into 5 weeks. Getting in was made very easy and simple thanks to the admissions advisor. I've realized it is very easy to fall behind in this class, so this is only for the stronger minded in my opinion. It was a great learning experience for me and overall I would say this is on the beginner side (as a beginner).

Course alone was SO AMAZING, It was really detailed and I feel confident in all the material to learn everything for the exam. The instructors are so helpful and just want to see you succeed. If you're looking for a new career change let this be your sign :)

My issues are the software components of the class; rather than the teaching of the material. The course breakdown was exceptionally thought out and highly organized. I particularly enjoyed the network composition because this teaches the communication from the motherboard to the server or router depending on what Operating system: Windows, MAC, or other.

Eric is one of the best instructors yall have. The way he teaches by one using the slides and two has the knowledge and info about the IT world and uses real world events as examples of certain topics we were on so we can understand it better.

Great course, but networking is still hard.
