Overall, I think the course was very valuable if you are just entering this field and have little knowledge about this information. My instructor was a key part in that he was very knowledgeable about troubleshooting and involving real world scenarios. It covered the fundamentals with networking and troubleshooting pc hardware, configuring network addressing and internet connections, and service components based on customer requirements Overall after this course I feel more comfortable learning more about installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment, mobile devices, and software for end users, but I know i also still have a lot to learn.

Please fix the practice exam or offer us another way to get the voucher for this class. Otherwise happy with the instructor and the course.

Instructors not being punctual and prepared hurts, the material not going into depth with the UNDERSTANDING of how the exam will test you is also vital. overall this program was not what I was looking for, i feel lied to just to attend this program if I'm being quite honest. even career services does not do a great job at instilling any confidence into job seeking.

A.C.I. has been an introduction to many different IT concepts, which has been helpful in starting my career. If I had to choose which course was the most beneficial, it would be the career prep week. I felt like I truly learned invaluable information from a seasoned professional in the field. However, beyond the introduction to the concepts, this academy is NOT something I would ever recommend to a friend or family member. The price tag associated with the services delivered is not worth it. I believe there are FREE materials available online that provided better support when I was trying to achieve my one and only goal of passing certification tests. If A.C.I. could somehow offer this for free, I believe there could be value here, but having an organization set arbitrary goals that don’t directly align with passing certification exams feels misguided. The goalposts that A.C.I. set for themselves are reachable and, frankly, too easy. For example, the midterms and final course assessments felt so basic that they seemed designed to be passed, rather than being a true assessment of what we had learned over the course. In summary, I am unhappy with the amount of money this program took compared to what it gave back to me. While I’m still glad I went through the program, I now know what steps I need to take next to be successful in the IT industry.

This entire 11 week program needs to be doubled and there needs to be more focus on preparing for the certifications. A lot of these you cant learn enough in 2 weeks.
