I feel let down a bit. I feel like the things I was sold on at the career fair to get me to sign up... were not available nor achieved during these 5 weeks. I will not be able to guage the overall effectiveness of the material until I take the certification exam. I will say the campus is clean and welcoming. The staff is VERY professional. I appreciated the opportunity to speak out on some of my concerns, but I also left less than confident I was heard or understood. Many of us are Vets. It seems like that is a highly targeted audience for ACI. I would suggest looking more into what servicemen and servicewomen go through on a daily basis. What do they respond well to? What matters to them? Things like clear communication, consistent messaging, structure, organization, expectations set and expetations met... These are all things that I believe could be improved IF there is a desire to make the experience better for a large part of your target audience.

if the course needs to stay 11 weeks, make the week after A+ a time to study for the cert exams.

As much money that is being made from all the students maybe adding snack to the common area for the night class.

I enjoyed the course, but I think it would be better placed towards the end of the curriculum. Approximately the third week prior to completion of the overall course.

None honestly...very informative program they give you the material, the rest is up to you :) The instructor (Ms.L), made the class so much more engaging as well.

I’ve loved this experience so far and is striving to continue to learn more within the world of IT. Tried time and time again at other institutions but I’m confident in my career going forward after going through this course.

Overall, joining this school was the best decision I've ever made
