great introduction to computer support Teacher was excellent and professional. labs need to be seriously redone and overlooked for more simplicity

This course did not deliver what was advertised. It was pure death-by-PowerPoint with outdated slides and absolutely no hands-on labs or practical training. The building, platform, and overall setup were outdated and did nothing to support real learning. The instructor did what he could, but the program itself is fundamentally broken and needs a complete rebuild. It did not meet its objectives and did not prepare anyone for real IT or cybersecurity roles. Bottom line: this program is not worth the money. If you want nothing but endless PowerPoints with no real training, this is the place. Otherwise, avoid it.

Overall, this course was highly effective and memorable. Mr. Starks made a tremendous impact with his relatable teaching style, clear pacing, and memorable examples that helped me master complex concepts, while Mr. Lee was instrumental in laying the foundation and structure of the course. Together, their complementary approaches ensured I achieved the objectives with confidence. Although the platform could be improved by simplifying navigation and embedding labs directly into each lesson, I appreciated the flexibility of having podcasts and videos available, especially for review and learning on the go.
