overall im super glad i choose live instructor over self pace and was able to ask any questions live. Miss L was great.

Overall, the course was a valuable and positive learning experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, and the content was relevant to real-world IT scenarios. Given the depth of information presented, extending the course by an additional week for Network + would make the experience even more effective. Finally, switching the career week to the last week of the curriculum would be more beneficial.

If it had not been for our instructor i would not have the understandings that i do. If at all possible lesson slides should encompass eBook tables and notes that are included in the A+ exam requirements instead of only being able to find some info in the book and some on the site.

I'm happy with my experience so far. It's an easy enough course to understand, and I look forward to using what I learn in the future
