Eric was a wonderful instructor. He was patient, thorough, and articulate throughout the entire course. His teaching style made complex topics easy to understand, and I genuinely learned a tremendous amount about computer hardware, software, and overall system functionality. His guidance greatly strengthened my confidence and foundation in IT.
The course is intense, but very doable if you actually partake in class and study on your own like Jose has recommended. You have to at least devote some study time to learn all of the material from the first course with about 10-12 extra.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and presented the topics in an easy-to-grasp manner. I learned a lot just from the lectures. The labs in particular were lacking. It was too much based on just clicking through different things rather than explaining why we were clicking through the things. The challenge questions required a single very specific answer when several variations could have been allowed (such as plural vs singular or extra words that were not particularly needed). Sometimes the lab answers were never mentioned in the lab text or procedures. The slides were not usually comprehensive enough to learn the material. Not all of the quizzes were particularly relevant, or they asked for specifics without giving a spec that can vary based on the particular hardware used. It would have been useful to have more coverage in the training material on operating system commands (specifically Linux), assuming they're important for the Comptia Certs. The mid-term exam had some questions that could have applied to multiple options. For example, matching windows versions with features. Certain features applied to multiple versions, but it would only accept the feature under one version. It didn't specify that we should choose the lowest windows version where the feature was implemented, as well.
The biggest issue in this course were the lab check questions. The answers sometimes were not anywhere in the lab even though you followed the instructions and did the steps. The answers were sometimes very strict in the answer set. There were multiple choice answers that needed just the letter choice, but there was nothing denoting that was the desired response. There were answers that wanted the acronym and not the whole word.
The lessons on power point were good but could be better with pictures, tables, or charts. A picture is worth 1000 words. Some lessons planned referred to data with no example and it is hard to imagine what was being said. The labs need auditing by the academy. Several labs in particular when attempting to input command prompts would not work as per the guided steps. Which then led me to just answer the questions for each tab associated with that particular lab. The questions while not difficult present another challenge because the response must be exact. It would be better if it was a multiple choice question. Overall, the lesson plans did help in learning the material but could use pictures. The labs did not provide much instructor and just became a distractor when trying to study for the exams. The labs took me about 4 hours to complete after class.
The overall course has been great. The instructor, Mr. Condes is extremely knowledgeable and has taken these certification exams recently, so all the information is fresh on his mind.
