I love the class room setting and really found my instructor very knowledgeable and very helpful. I am very satisfied and much more confident when it comes to the IT world.
Please fix the load times for ITIL 4. I have better things to do than sit waiting hours of my course to load. like learning the things being held behind that load time or taking care of my family when they need me.
Great class and ready to continue forward and earn my certifications.

Overall, the course provided a solid introduction to ITIL and its core principles. The structured environment was helpful for understanding the material, though I feel that the short two-week duration didn't allow for enough time to fully absorb and apply everything. More time for practical exercises, real-world examples, and discussions would enhance the learning experience. Despite this, I feel well-equipped to begin implementing what I've learned and look forward to continuing my ITIL journey in the future.
Good course but material could be cover in a shorter amount of time.
John is an amazing instructor and an abundance of information. He goes over the material until it is grasped and ensures students have an understanding or general knowledge of the course and how to find information and better understand.
I have had an overall great time learning and trying to get my certifications.
