Overall I liked it, I feel confident in taking the ITIL Certifacation. And i look foward to the next certification.
I have no real criticisms of the course its self in relation to ACI, ACI's instructor, or ACI's learning methodologies. Everything is great. If anyone cares what I think about ITIL as professional frame work? meh 6/10
